Try re-downloading the framework by itself from TSR & put it in the folder manually. If the file didn't download quite correctly, it wouldn't be read by the game, but it could still show up in windows explorer. Since you had your mods working before, I'm going to assume you checked to make sure the framework file was installed in the right folder & that TSR didn't do something daft like make a mods folder sans framework.Ī corrupted framework file might also do it. I wouldn't expect the site you get the mods setup from to make a difference, but I guess it's worth trying the MTS one & putting the CC packages from TSR in manually. I made my mods folder & put in the framework file "manually" with the instructions/files from MTS -> here. I was doing some experimenting the other day & copy/pasted my mods folder into a new sims 3 folder without any issues, however, I don't use TSR.
